Welcome to Bloom English Club ("Bloom", "we", "us"). Bloom English Club is operated by Neziha Nihan Kiziltug as an individual (sole proprietor) based in New Jersey, USA — it is not a registered company. These Terms of Service govern your use of bloomenglishclub.com and the Bloom learning app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Who can use Bloom
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Bloom is an English-learning service for adults; it is not a school, an accredited course, or a certification body.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google or with an email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for all activity that happens under it. Accounts are personal — do not share your login or a tester code with other people. Sharing may result in the account or code being revoked.
3. Free, Premium, and Premium Plus
Foundations and Module 1 are free. Premium ($9.99/month or $79.99/year) and Premium Plus ($19.99/month or $159.99/year) unlock the remaining modules, checkpoints, and higher AI usage allowances. Plan features and allowances are described on the pricing page and may be adjusted with notice.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your location.
5. Beta testers
Beta tester codes are single-use and permanently bound to the first account that redeems them. Testers receive Premium-level content access with lower daily AI allowances. We may revoke a tester code at any time, in particular if it appears to be shared.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no automated scraping, no attempts to bypass usage limits or payment, no uploading of unlawful or harmful content, and no harassment of other learners in community areas. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. AI features
AI Coach and AI Practice generate language automatically. They are learning aids and can be wrong. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, immigration, or financial advice. Voice recordings you make for pronunciation practice are processed to produce feedback, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Content and intellectual property
Lessons, audio, images, and course structure belong to Bloom English Club and are licensed to you for personal learning only. You keep ownership of anything you submit; you give us permission to process it to run the service.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Bloom available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features. If we make a material change to these terms, we will notify users through the app or by email.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloom is provided "as is" and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
